I came across something today on the internet in which the author implied that modesty was very important and I myself do not disagree with that statement but with the implications she made that somehow clothing equates to modesty and nudity to immodesty. I wanted to tell her what I thought but there was no contact info that was still current and even so it may have been written a few years ago. It still disturbs me though that some people actually think this way.
I don't see nudity in itself as being immodest and perhaps nudist are some of the most modest people in the world. I think attitudes towards nudity are too conservative and for my (soon coming) child, I want him to be modest but not have any hang ups about nudity or about his body. The entire conservative attitude towards nudity is not for me.

Reeeeeeeeejected
So quick note everybody I am now also dedicating some of my time to my other blog compiling firsts. I'm essentially finding and collecting any story that has anything remotely sexual about it and publishing it on that blog. I retitled most of them to reflect the first time theme.
Now on to something that popped into my head about 10 minutes ago. When my cousin and I were younger he was the cool one and I was the nerd. Not that it's changed but when we were younger it was very obvious in the friends we chose. He had the cool, athlete type of friends and I had the nerdy, geeky type of friends. One day a girl that was hanging out with my cousin kept running away every time that I came around and I took it to mean she liked me and was embarrassed. I went back into my house and put some gel in my hair and brushed and put on a different shirt and walked back out.
When the girl saw me again, she ran. I never got to talk to her but later that night I asked my cousin what was up with that girl, I expected him to say that she liked you but he said that the girl thought I looked like a GIANT Steve Urkel. Not just Urkel (the famous nerd) but a GIANT one. So my 12 year old heart broke for about a minute and then I thought it was funny.

New Post???
It comes near the end of May and I have not posted since April 19. I'd feel worse it had been entirely my own fault but truth be told after letting a distant cousin tinker with my computer I ended up with a virus that seemed to get progressively worst within the space of a few days. I was not able to go online on my personal computer and so I made the decision to clear my hard drive and start over but of course I had to back up my important files and that was the part that took the longest. Now in reality even without the virus and constant unpredictable crashes that came with it and the subsequent file back up and hard drive wipe I probably still would have waited a couple of weeks between posts this just made it longer.
I still don't even have my sound drivers yet so I have not been on Youtube, Imeem or any of the other music and video sites I normally go to. Perhaps that is good I can concentrate more on my online classes and this blog. One thing is true however any comment that I get I will definitely respond too.

Editorial by Freddie53
What will follow below will be a post that I read on a popular internet message board written by one of the moderators, Freddie53. When I read it, I felt that it needed to be part of this blog because I agree with so much of what it says. Unfortunately due to the sad state of our society so many things rang true in Freddie53's message board post and so now I will share it with you. I hope the words are taken well because they are not an endorsement of anything illegal and immoral rather a stinging indictment of some the root causes of the discomfort people have with non-sexual nudity and even, MALES, so please read...
Editorial on Nudity
By Moderator Freddie53 of LPSG.ORG (Large Penis Support Group)
All the answers have been interesting and a lot of good comments on the change of viewpoint of nudity in the locker room.
I am a retired teacher and still do youth work in a church. I am a product of the sixties.
I saw the biggest change in the early nineties. that was when the American concept of the male gender past puberty was changed. Up to then boys were taught that it would be great to grow up and be like dad, the coach, the preacher or priest and so on.
The early 90's was when the priest scandal broke out. That is when prepubescent boys were taught by some female teachers at school that all men are dirty and they want to see you penis and NO MALE SHOULD EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEE YOUR PENIS EXCEPT A DOCTOR. they would say, BOYS YOU CAN"T EVEN TRUST YOUR DAD OR THE PREACHER OR PRIEST.
Most women teachers didn't say it that strongly, but when the concept of don't let a child molester (man always, women don't molest children) talk to the boys, this is what the boys here. If a man teacher were to use the exact same words to the boys they would here a different in their minds.
Consider how many guys have no father at home. So boys are led by society to believe that sex is evil and that all boys are innocent pure children who don't have a mean streak in any way form or fashion until one day there penis starts growing and the bigger it grows the more evil they are. If they get real hairy that just means they are more wicked.
What I am saying is is rarely said in those words, but that is not what the boys hear.
Let me give some examples:
Now some churches don't want adults in the motel rooms with youth on trips all. So as soon as the adults retire to their rooms, the kids are free to roam the hotel, get drunk or whatever hits their fantasy. So maybe an adult should be in the room. I had a certified teacher in school a woman say that in that case in the boys room a mother should be in there rather than a man because...she just could understand that she said. What are boys to think when they hear such? All men are sexually wicked, even my dad. He can't spend the night in my room either, but mother can.
Then there was the college physical. In the late 60's or early 70's if the primary care physician was a woman, guys' fathers often made special appointments with a male doctor so it wouldn't be as embarrassing. Now I've heard young guys say that they would have to find a woman doctor. No old pervert is going to hold my junk and ask me to cough. So in their minds even professional doctors doing their jobs are old perverts, all of them.
So what can you expect from that age group when society teaches the young boys that even their fathers are wicked perverts and worse as soon as they reach puberty, they will become wicked sexual beings as well.
Society teaches that we all want to have sex and we promote sex greatly in our media, but we also teach that all sex is inherently wrong. Many boys today have an illusion that all sexual activity is wrong but we do it anyway and just as long as we don't involve the little ones, maybe God won't punish us for it.
Seriously, what do you think an eight year old boy is going to think when it is all right to go in the ladies dressing room with mom when he was five or youngerbut now he wants to go in with dad and suddenly boys his age can't shower with their dads down at the local gym. That boy of eight is not going to realize that dad could have taken him into the changing room at the gym when he was four. It's just that most little children go with mothers when they are the age they have to be undressed, dressed and then repeat the cycle again after getting out of the water.
The view points are what our young people surmise by the rules we put in place. Not by our actual words.
In a sense, in an attempt to keep child predators away from our children, we have taken away the innocence of ALL children. All children lose all innocence at age 5 by the use of rules and practices of our society.
The worst part of child molestation unless there is physical violence is the loss of innocence for children. In America, it is rare to find any child with any degree of innocence by age 10.

One more thing....
Oh yes and look for this blog to change dramatically within the next few weeks, I plan on it blending in with the website much more so when people go from blog to website it feels interconnected.
Blogging about Sex
I don't consider myself yet to be a great blogger, I think I am and will get better but there are some things I will work on in the future. One of which was that I was blogging early on about one of my earliest and I think significant sexual experiences with a friend named Stewart. Stewart and I did so much exploration until I got all squeamish about it when we got about 14 or 15. My plan was to take you from beginning to end but although I can recall every thing we did it's just sometimes not in chronological order. Stewart was the first person I saw ejaculate besides myself and the first uncircumcised penis I saw up close. I will write about Stewart more and every sexual experience I have had, as well as all my thoughts in that area. Occasionally I will stray from the topic of sexuality altogether as I did once already in a short rant about the "stop snitching" campaign.
Right now, I kind of blog what I feel at the moment I want to put down because in the beginning before the blog even existed I would self censor myself thinking "No, that's not good, that's not interesting". So now I make the blog that I like to read and it is easier that way and hopefully you like to read it as well. Blogging about what I want when I want means that I will go into all different types of subjects at all different times. What I love about the topic of sexuality is that it is really very, very broad and I like broad topics. It's like the podcast my friend and I did for a while, we talked about 'nerdy stuff' and it was such a broad topic that you never run out of ideas.
I may start more blogs soon, well at least one other on a different topic but right now it's all about getting ready to re-launch the website. Oh yes, the website as far as that is concerned I'd rather not talk about it until it is ready to launch which hopefully will be in a couple of months. So yes I still need your stories because some of them will be illustrated and brought to life by a great, great artist who is currently redesigning the website. This artist is not only good but is really dedicated to seeing Onsexuality.com become successful. No money could buy that type of genuine enthusiasm. Animations are coming soon after launch, a professional myspace is coming soon after launch, bigger articles are coming soon so when the website is out it will be a professional looking site with good functionality.
So let me end by saying that I want your sexual stories and even opinions about topics related to sexuality because once I have them many will be published and brought to life by a great artist.
